If we receive your order returned undeliverable due to incorrect address or the shipping carrier was unable to deliver your package, BabyHeart will gladly re-ship or refund your order. If your order is re-shipped, additional shipping charges will be required.

If you receive your order damaged, contact BabyHeart within 24 hours. We will require photographic evidence of the damage so that we may make a claim with the shipping courier. Please keep all packaging in the event the courier requires this for the damage claim. These steps must be followed to ensure the courier accepts liability and to avoid any disputes.
