When to use an ice roller in your skincare routine:

Use your Cooling Ice Roller twice a day - in the morning and/or evening at the end of your skincare routine.

It’s the perfect treatment to use in the morning to wake up, de-puff and energise your skin. It is also the perfect treatment to use following microdermabrasion, derma planing, waxing or even microneedling (providing your device is properly sterilised with rubbing alcohol before use and ideally after every use to avoid cross-contamination).

How to use your ice roller

Prepare your ice roller prior to use by storing it in the fridge or freezer overnight to enjoy the full effect. You may wish to store it in a freezer bag so that it doesn’t come into contact with contaminants in your freezer.

Ensure your ice roller has been sterilised and put in the freezer
Gently roll the device over the skin - upward and outward from the centre of your face. You should roll over each area 3-5 times.

How long should you use your ice roller?
